Riviera 45 Open Flybridge, fishing and comfort

By Cristina Escribano

On this occasion, Riviera bets on an American fisherman style boat, with an open fly, from which it is accessed by a staircase with steps in teak and stainless steel railing. Riviera's attention to detail is reflected very well in this part of the new model, from where we will be able to control fishing from the port/stern console provided with complete instrumentation. The flybridge space, apart from being very practical in Big Game fishing for the views it offers for possible catches, facilitates outdoor life on board with sofas upholstered in white vinyl and dinette, wet bar -with sink, locker and cup holders-.

In the 9-metre cockpit there is a bathing platform with self draining lockers at the stern, an alloy plate to install a combat chair or dinette and handrails to facilitate access to the sides. From a door opening outwards, we access an L-shapped lounge, equipped with a dinette and leather upholstery, bar locker with worktop, fridge and ice machine, as well as a kitchen space with a two-burner electric hob, microwave, etc.

Also, in the dining room area, we have a practical stowage for canes on the roof with electric opening. If we opt for the extra equipment option, we will find many more elements, from bait nursery with circulation pump, reinforced steel pipes, solarium at the bow, to canvases on windows and windscreens, roll-up blinds on the sides and stern, and a complete kitchen pack (cutlery, glassware and 32-piece crockery, etc ...).

This boat is also available with double patronera.

COMFORTABLE CABINS
After an intense day of fishing, there is nothing like retiring to the rest area. The Riviera 45 Open Flybridge has three cabins, all of them air-conditioned - the same as the lounge area - and all of them with stowage space under the beds. The VIP cabin is located at the bow, with a double island bed with latex mattress and upholstered headboard, storage beneath, bedside tables, drawers and cedar-lined robes and automatic lighting.

The guest accomodation, with a separate entrance, with two beds and a locker, and the owner's cabin, from which the engine room is accessed, has individual bunk beds, a cedar-coated locker and a porthole hatch (without opening possibility). Finally in the Riviera 45 Open Flybridge, there is space for bathroom and toilet.
